AMAZING work-home life balance. Transparent leadership, everyone is approachable. Autonomy with your workload. Touch several products and parts of the business;continual marketing knowledge gained.

Cons

Not much room for promotion. Lateral movements are expected.

Loves millennials, great pay, great mentorship - everyone truly wants to help everyone. Multiple resources. Good benefits, 401k match program.

Cons

Company takes forever to get things done. Harland Clarke now owns Valassis - recently cut holidays from 13 to 8, rolled holidays and sick days into one. Lots of older systems to work in.

Shrinking business, constant reduction in force (RIFTS), Very small annual salary increases, Sometimes felt as if upper management was not guided by strategic goals.
