Pros

Very understanding of individual needs. The company will do whatever it takes to assist their employees in an emergency situation.

Cons

Raises come slow, but the pay is good for what you do. If you want to get rich or make it out of the lower class, you should try another field. However, if you're the type of person who is satisfied with punching the clock, doing your job and going home, then this type of word should suit you fine.

A caring group, great people, and the chance to advance , promote advancement from within the company

Cons

pay not as high as some other Call centers in the area - but the perks make it all work out in the end
