Pros

They keep you busy and are very flexible with your schedule, working from home and time off.

Cons

The process is chaotic at best. Files are a mess, very little direction so you better know your stuff to be able to jump in a go. Different technologies are being used on websites, bad code, bad CSS, out dated web practices, but they are trying to fix all of that. The biggest problem is the building is dreary and the culture isn't what you would expect for technology. Their IT department hinders work flow and has everything locked down, so it can be frustrating to be a web designer or developer.

Pros

some of the co-workers are great people to work with

Cons

It matters who you know, treated in a disrespected manner by micro-management, not a fair company and it all depends on who you ar whether some things are acceptable or not.
