I think the engineering staff is excellent, extremely helpful and open.

Cons

The company had real direction in terms of technology. This all changed as there was a firing at the top of the company that directly impacted the direction of the engineering organization. Soon other managers and engineers started leaving and the entire organization become chaotic, things were not getting done, and politics started to seep in.

Nice space, free snacks, nice people

Cons

Lots of restructuring within the company, more people from all divisions are leaving the company. 95 % of the open positions posted are backfills. Disconnect between divisions and Valassis Corp and Valassis Digital. This is an environment where there is limited training and you need to figure things out and always ask for documents, information, who to contact. Process changes constantly. Not a stable company at this time.
