Pros

Benifits and overtime, flexible schedule depending on workforce team. cafeteria available fur breakfast and lunch 7am to 1:30pm

Cons

They are continuously on you about something, if it's not handle time it's your time off the phone and coachings for everything and anything watch your back especially if you are working with BOA, also crappie raises, misleading training and experience you must be on medications to work here not necessarily about the customers but the supervisor and the management here are all in it for themselves

Little room for growth

Pros

Flexible work place, you can work from home if needed, great people to work with. Great to get experience with managing clients, presentations and interacting with internal stakeholders.

Cons

Poor work life balance in some areas, impossible performance goals/ reviews, many leaders never did the job of those they manage and yet they review your performance. Benefits are decreasing since Harland Clarke buyout (holidays went from 12 to 8 per year, paid time off lumped together with sick and personal time, health insurance cost skyrocketed, can't buy additional vacation days anymore, work hours went from 8:30am-5pm to 8am-5pm.) Lots of layoffs/ job security is low. Promotions go to favorites vs. hard / smart workers. Little room for growth and development.

Pros

Well recognized company in the market

Cons

Always trying to keep people from ear I g too much money. Capped earnings and inwardly focused control freak "leadership" stopped investing in people years ago. Unlike John H Harland Co., Harland Clarke has tunnel vision when it comes to a broad view of what it takes to be a great company.
