Good Pay/Salaries/ comp/ benefits/ easy to move laterally. Golf outings. Good and quality people. Great office environment.

Cons

Comp plans/ payment is incomprehensibly inconsistent. They miss giving you revenue and then make you wait a month to get paid when they make mistakes. Really hard to build financial consistency even when hitting numbers. Comp plans change too often and mistakes are too frequent.
