Pros

Thank you Vericast contact center for prioritizing job security for its employees. In today’s changing economic landscape, it’s truly inspiring to see a company that has taken proactive steps to ensure job security. The team continues to work on building loyalty among its employees and for that I am very appreciate of their efforts.

Cons

Not really a con, however career progression opportunities are limited mainly due to no one leaving which is rare in a call center. Retention is at an all-time high.
