      Pros

      Great people to work with. Most clients have a great relationship with the company and are open to engaging because of the positive reputation. Making sales goals is extremely manageable and it's a great environment.

      Cons

      Primary product is mostly price/contract driven and company puts more emphasis on that product than other results/roi driven solutions the company sells.

      401k match Ok benefits Some coworkers are great.

      Cons

      I’ll keep it simple: Great workers don’t get promoted and/or recognized. Bad workers do get promoted and/or recognized. Lots of upper management movement, they have been leaving - some after years of employment and some after a single year. Leaders micromanage and are mostly useless. My suggestion: find a job else where unless you need the experience. Stay for a few years and use that to move on somewhere else.
