Pros

I’m in Client Services. Positive culture. Multiple business resource groups you can join, vlogs and newsletters sent out regularly to keep people informed. Training platforms so you can grow your skills. Multiple Recognition programs. Mentorship programs. People are friendly and help each other succeed. Leaders in CS care very much about the success of their associates and want to help them achieve their goals. Generous time off and flexibility offered. 401k, medical benefits and other discounts available. Did an excellent job communicating during covid 19. Someone mentioned in another review post that 401k was gone indefinitely. That’s not true, it was paused for a period of time due to pandemic as Valassis (like many other businesses) needed to cost contain, but it was fully restored before the end of 2020.

Cons

Challenges (not cons) In the past have been slow to adapt to new technologies and innovate, but a strong emphasis has been placed on that over the past year and new associate tools, product offerings and tech updates are being provided at a much quicker pace.
