      There aren’t any worth mentioning...except 401k contributions and ESOPs earlier

      This company has been a similar victim like Lipman, hypercom ..because of greedy stake holders in payment industry.. Francisco partners is just anothe name for such greedy stakeholders .. unfortunately NorthAmericas customers have been a victim of this monopoly games in POS industry over these years .. unfortunately this industry has been plagued by a financial leadership which is more self centric about own earnings and not in elevating themselves about solving payment needs.. of community.
