Unlimited PTO and two shutdown weeks Interesting technology and lots of challenges in security

Cons

The company was just acquired and a major layoff was just announced. The San Jose office was cut by two thirds, and I expect it to shut down completely. The cut impacts the ability of the company to support the customers; hard to imagine how the company can recover from it. The “survivors” of the layoff are looking for new jobs elsewhere. Morale is horrible. Management constantly changes directions 180 degrees. No continuity.
