Pros
* Superb colleagues - there are some world-class employees * The offered products and services are constantly evolving, so there is always something new to learn and do all the time. * Potentially some interesting and good innovations in more recent times.
Cons
* The upper management is getting rotated a lot in the past year or so. * Company's "vision" and "motto" seems to be changing every 12 months or so. * HR and internal problem solving is often lackluster. * Base salary does not get adjusted to the job market. * Y2Y merit increase may happen or may not. If it does it will be below region average. * Benefits package is as basic as it gets. * Health insurance does not cover any dentistry expenses.
