Still considered a decent company to work for, as there are far more ruthless US-based MNCs. Decent welfare and benefits, and there's a good chance you may end up at a good team with a leader/manager who can provide you a comfortable working environment.

Cons

Strong negative energy, especially from the sales department - company is a typically sales-aggressive MNC, but at the cost of human resource development and sometimes personal integrity.
