      Pros

      There is incredible upward mobility at VeriFone if you work hard and stick with the company. It is a mid sized company that is pretty nimble.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can be draining, management has a very operational role (good and bad). Some are over due for raises.

      The technology will probably withstand the bad economy.

      Cons

      If you are not the CEO's or CFO's admin, or on the Executive level and are just another worker-bee you will be treated with contempt. Upper management are actually British and they don't like Americans is the sense I got. I used to sit on the Executive floor and listen to them talk to each other. 40 and 50 year old men talking about Hollywood gossip and American Idol. It was very pathetic to listen to. Especially knowing their contempt for Americans.
