Things are fast paced here. There will be lot to learn.

Cons

There will be lot to learn but time given will be limited. Work-life balance is a myth. Will end up slogging upwards of 13hrs daily. A lot of favoritism. Hierarchy not maintained correctly. Lot of imbalances in compensation paid in same band. HRD is completely missing.
