- Payment industry is an interesting and complex ecosystem - Working hard you can get very far in this company - Company's vision towards unified solutions all through the world is good in paper..
Cons
..if you don't realize that payment regulations and needs arent the same all around the world. - Chaotic working hours, crunch and expectations - Different organizations only look after themselves instead of thinking the big picture - Its more important to produce what is asked instead of producing something actually useful - Middle level management is working out of fear of getting fired - Instead of agile and planned approach its fire and forget to all directions - Company is bleeding talent and ruining profitable business segments
