Substandard and Infantile Aerospace/Fortune 500 Contractor
Pros
Fortune 500 companies are duped by this PoDunk Company. I've spoken with several other form Contractors and employees and concluded that the Company can not and does not conform to Industry (Aerospace or other) Business ethics and strict requirements each and every time. Older Contractors described a time where this company abide strictly to all requirements and offered jobs/assignments only to those overly qualified and not substandard.
Cons
Contractors arrive to work assignments without contracts, tools, or proper background screenings. Last year.. a Contractor was terminated from a Fortune 500 due to disciplinary actions.. shortly after, this individual became a Final QC Contractor for that Fortune 500.. but, that Production Worker had never worked in Quality. But, this PoDunk Company cleared a path for advanced training anyways. Contracts are substandard to industry.. mid-20's hourly for the jobs that would normally pay double or more!
