They pay their managers good money.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. Horrendously cheap owners that keep their stores extremely understaffed. Put a lot of pressure on managers. Unobtainable sales goals. No chance for bonus. Very stressful. Not worth the money. The company has over 100% turnover rate. 97% for Illinois. Do yourself the favor and don’t work here. They do not value employees and will over work you. Constantly laying off people and deducting pay.
