Pros

The company promotes and strives on a highly collaborative, all hands on deck, respectful of each other culture where all are appreciated as contributors and regarded as a value added team members. The opportunities for development and professional grow are tremendous. The pace at which the company is moving is fast and dynamic however, without the unnecessary stress and peer pressure. If you are passionate and highly motivated by what you do and doing it well, if you are up for the challenge of promoting and driving change, then this company would be a great fit and an opportunity for you!

A truly fantastic and unique Company - a place where you have the opportunity to build something great from the ground-up. The opportunities to grow professionally here are limitless - with that, you have to be motivated and work hard. This isn't a company where you can get by doing the bare minimum - the most successful people are passionate, respectful and motivated to do good work.

Cons

Not a "con", but a word of advice: This industry requires individuals to be problem-solvers and adapt to change quickly.

Everyone is passionate about the work the company is doing, and the end product of my hard work is rewarding. The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of opportunity for additional responsibility and advancement if you're good at your job.

Cons

It's fast-paced and challenging. It may not be an industry for people who don't care about working hard and being really good at their jobs.
