i joined this company as software engineer around 2 years ago. Has witnessed complete transformation in last two years. learned new things, technologies every day during my journey. Got exposed to latest technologies and clients. fortunate enough to face clients directly and help resolve issues. learned key skills for life. had a chance to work directly with ceo for some of the prestigious clients where ceo of the company is directly interacting. - fast paced / dynamic / challenging environment. - some seniors are extremely helpful and down to earth. - good / reasonable pay - direct access to management at all times and management os very supportive. - very easy to get onsite opportunity

Cons

- HR folks are lazy. - Overtime pay is not released in time.

Good technologies to work with and good domain to work on ,Excellent support from seniors and Managers,You will get good knowledge of domain as well as Technologies.

Cons

There are very few cons on verinon,But training on technologies should also be given along with domain training.

They do provide visa but that’s the only pro *Do not work there even if you’re desperate. You will find something better. When you walk in for interview and see how horrible the office is, it won’t get better than that. Don’t second guess yourself regardless.

Cons

- they do not pay enough - they do not provide any training whatsoever - they don’t help with anything - people and boss are very manipulative - power hungry and power struggle - they take away clients and try to claim that they got them themselves - they tried to take money from me for putting in my notice claiming that it was a personal bond - there are no benefits, no parking or travel expenses are claimable - the office space is horrible so don’t work there even if you’re desperate - no career development opportunities - you spend more than you make - over 1k tax if you’re a foreigner for 6 months - there is a very high employees turnover rate. While I was there over 8 people left within a year.
