Pros
I started with GMT, the startup that Verint purchased. During that time there was much freedom and readily available support to do your job with great work/life balance.
Cons
After the purchase and moving to the publicly traded corporate world, that all changed. Being held to training metrics that were not in my personal control; these were used to determine your yearly salary increases. Training was that; training. travel 95% and no work/life balance.
