With respect to working in night shifts, as you are aware, we in India support our global teams/customers across different time zones. To be able to manage this better there are various shifts defined today for the employees to work in and manage some overlap with the regions.       Good technologies. Work-life balance. Great people: my team, in particular, were the most engaging people I've worked with. I got a lot of great experience that I could use for the rest of my career.

We achieved a great deal in a very short space of time, but we also recognise that it was a big learning curve.
