Company provides good benifits and perks.

Cons

Too much pressure. Newly joined senior management is incapable to provide work Life balance for the team. Management pressurising to do 24/7 support which is illegal for normal shift.

Wonderful Team and Flexible WFH, But Job Security Falls Short

You will work with some great people, and the WFH flexibility is great!

Cons

Poor job security—no matter how hard you work or the extra hours you dedicate, your efforts don't guarantee stability. Employees remain at constant risk of being made redundant without warning, often with no opportunity to properly conclude their time with the team
