Really smart people. The marketing department really is amazing - kind, knowledgeable people who do stellar work.

Cons

Depending on which business you are a part of, you will have a drastically different experience. Some businesses are steeped with legacy folks not willing to change or allow new people to come in - it’s territorial and the pace of change is non existent. Everything is decided by a few in the leadership team and then maybe trickled down.
