As you can appreciate, the topic of salaries is a sensitive one and there are multiple factors that contribute to an employee’s total package. Please rest assured that salaries, benefits, and career progression are reviewed and benchmarked against internal and industry metrics at least once per year. We completely agree that it’s important to acknowledge success and loyalty, and that does come in many shapes and forms. In EMEA we have recently announced 15 internal promotions alongside celebrating the efforts of Verint ‘Stars’ on our all hands call. Next week, we also have team members flying to Switzerland having won a place on our President’s Club. These initiatives are very important to us, and we know they’re important to our teams too.
