Pros

When Verint says that they believe in collaboration and work-life balance, they mean it. People at Verint want to produce great work and deliver great results, and they always aim to do it in a way that's respectful to their colleagues. There is a true sense of teamwork and purpose. In additional to delivering commercial outcomes for the business and customers, there's a lot of focus on making a meaningful difference at work. It's clear the company is committed to giving back and supporting the community as well as improving its ED&I creds. I'm genuinely proud to work for a company that takes this so seriously.

Cons

If you want to to purchase something from a supplier, the paperwork is a significant time (and revenue) thief. There are mountains of forms, approvals, NDAs and contracts. I have never worked somewhere with so many complex and time consuming admin process, often for small amounts. When you work in quarters, this really slows you down. With only two payments runs a month, it also impacts your negotiating power. All that time and worry spent trying to get suppliers paid should sit with procurement or finance. Or maybe you need a mid-office team?

We’re delighted to receive yet another five-star review. Thank you for taking time out of your day to share such a detailed review, we really value feedback from all our Verinteers. We receive so much positive feedback from our teams commenting on culture and our collaborative approach. It’s genuinely something that’s very important to the leadership team, so it’s incredibly rewarding to hear that we’re authentically delivering on our goals. The work we do with Next Gen and Advance is always so well supported by our people, so thank you for your continued support. It shows what a difference we can make when we come together. We agree that sometimes there can be a lot of paperwork to complete. We are, however, confident that this is crucial to giving our customers the best possible service and ensuring there’s complete transparency with our vendors and partners. So please do rest assured that the time you spend on more administrative tasks still has commercial value. Thank you once again for honouring Verint with a five-star review.
