Great company, very good pay and conditions, VERY nice and helpful people

- Large company: high salaries and extended social benefits, very organized processes, much higher job security than smaller company (for example start-up) - VERY nice and helpful people - HR, colleagues and other departments. This is very noticeable! - Employee satisfaction is a high priority! HR invests a lot in it and it shows! - Vast opportunities to grow - Work-life balance is absolutely encouraged - flexibility in time, and company events for employees and families

Cons

- Hybrid (2 days at office, 3 days at home) - I personally like this arrangements, but at least twice a week you have to spend many hours in traffic. Also, constantly have to shlep the equipment (laptop, headphones etc.) with you. - International company with international teams and often cross-atlantic projects - sometimes hard to coordinate meetings for 3 teams working in 3 time zones and with 3 different public holiday schedules.

Great people, but declining culture and leadership

There are still great people at Verint with a strong focus on helping the customer and each other be successful.

Cons

Culture was declining rapidly and continues to do so. Lots of politics and pressure to justify what you are doing. Lots of challenges with becoming a successful cloud software company.
