      Pros

      Verint provides a lot of experience and uncommon problems that will stretch you and force you to become a better professional. HR provides several events for employees to become involved in the community and between departments

      Cons

      Verint expects it's employees to complete the work of 3 people by yourself and in a short period of time. Work-life balance is a concept but not an actuality.

      Sales and sales-engineering team members are well-qualified, overall, and are generally enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Sales management and product management do not act on the feedback that is given from field sales reps, even when feedback is nearly unanimous, so technology is slow to evolve, and decisions are driven by needs of a couple large clients, not the needs of the market overall.
