Pros

The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. There is a great deal of work on your plate but it is relatively low stress compared to previous employers. The pay and benefits are market value or higher.

Cons

My only con is that the company has gone almost entirely remote. It can be challenging workin in collaboration but we get it done.
