Management HR - awful lady! Very unprofessional and has a god complex! Saleforce admin - thinks she runs everything! Anyone who’s not management isn’t allowed to work from home and isn’t trusted! It’s a very ‘serious’ type workplace, very old school and if you’re seen laughing with colleagues you’ll be told to be quiet!

The work environment can feel rigid and not very empowering for creative or fast moving people The environment may not suit people who value agility or autonomy Regional mangment is highly political at least the ones i deal with, decisions often depend on personal alignment rather than performance or merit. Some products can feel outdated and clunky, with steep learning curves and heavy configurations that slow down implementation in fast moving era. Some team members are not supportive which can make collaboration and delivery more difficult than it should be.. key individuals focus more on personal recognition than collective success, which can impact trust and overall performance. Spending more time solving internal political issues rather than focusing on the actual goals
