      Management is clueless about their staff, Only the right manager will allow you to be successful Everyone that I knew would 'joke' about being let go.You will never know why, how or who will get canned.

      Constant change in the organization. I had 6 different direct reports in 5 years. Management doesn't do a good job communicating to employees
