Initially the Kana Software culture was a fun and engaging place to work.

Cons

But then Verint bought Kana Software and the culture changed to one of unnecessary bureaucracy

Great vision and exciting technology, most people are great to both work with and have a drink with. Most employee care and have a good understanding of what needs to be done in spite of management.

Cons

The lack of coherent link between stated values and observed values lives one guessing. This states erode culture as people interpret actions as callus and sometimes vengeful.
