Amazing IT Stack for your working. Cab Facilities Snacks and ok pantry TT Table, Pool table

Cons

No clear structure or organization of work. Every task or request is marked as urgent. Lack of guidance or support from leadership. Constant pressure to deliver, with no appreciation or recognition. Expected to know everything and handle all kinds of work, regardless of relevance. Culture of extreme monitoring and micro-management. No appreciation of your work as it never gets promoted with your name. HR and policies and helpless.
