      Pros

      I came to Verint after several small companies and feel the change. On the one hand the company is a corporate and things sometimes move slowly, on the other hand it is constantly growing, so people who come with a lot of motivation and a desire to move things, this is the place for you! New ideas are welcome, there is room to try new things and approaches. -Stability and flexibility. -Make you feel that you are an asset to the company's growth -Hands on experience and positive attitude. -New office in Israel, working hybrid 2 times a week at the office. - Sunday's is a half day.

      Cons

      Mine entire team is abroad so there are days when I work mostly at the evenings/nights.
