unqualified mid manager personel that changed often, prefer to hire managers from outside which leads to lack of organization identity or culture, impossible to grow up inside the organization . salaries and compensation considered are in the low range compare to other tech companies. old

Bad physical environment, bad empathy, very low management culture, obsolete technologies, low salaries... But they think and try to convince everyone they are the best company in the world... Sad lies. They lost the most important employees recently and are unable to understand why.
