      Pros

      Verint fosters a positive work environment with supportive teams and excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. The management is approachable, and the company values innovation and collaboration. I’ve been truly impressed with the culture of respect and inclusivity.

      Cons

      While overall my experience has been fantastic, there are occasional challenges in communication across departments, which could be streamlined further.

      Challenging At Times

      Pros

      PTO, supportive co-workers, competitive base compensation, a lot of product options for the WFO/WFM space, 100% work from home.

      Cons

      401K match hasn't increased in over 10 years. Finding a clear vision and executing it. Constantly on the bubble as a billable pro services employee and staying utilized.
