      Pros

      Great people in dev. Hard working, visionary, dedicated. Open to change. Division adopted Agile methodology and became extremely efficient. We put our heart and soul in our work.

      Cons

      Public company with multiple divisions. Upper management in US and overseas only seems to be interested in the bottom line and looking good for investors.
