Pros

Verint provides lots of time off. It's a relaxed work atmosphere. Leadership takes many opportunities to provide company and leadership details and objectives with employees. The Christmas party was nice. The quarterly bonus structure (for many employees) was nice. The facilities are nice.

Cons

There is a lot of product knowledge to be learned. This is a complex product. Not too hard to learn, but will take a lot of time. Complex situations can arise when helping customers with complex problems.

Pros

Salary is nice and I would say over the average. Goodwill and know company in the industry Flexibility in Schedule for ocasional emergencies

Cons

Conservative company, "we do this in the same way it has been done in the past otherwise because we say so" Slow R&D , not adequate if you have state-of-the-art demanding customers
