      A good product, but at the time, not a clear roadmap

      Pros

      A good team at the time, good location with good infrastructure, working with more current technologies. Area of work is different, they have a good product.

      Cons

      No organization for the product, not sticking to the roadmap, product owners would affect software architect decisions to deliver on time, but would not care about making a good product for the long run.
