      Pros

      Good Product-Good People (for the time being)- Has potential to be a great environment but.....Pay is decent

      Cons

      Preach transparency but do not practice it. Run a lean and mean revenue first -customer satisfaction last approach to growth. More mangement than team members-complete micromanagement which is due to incompetence and fear. Its no wonder all the top people are leaving and they are in constant hire mode. Turnover in the last 6 months in all positions is unfathomable

      Israeli nepotism Snr Management seem to have little understanding of efforts at ground level Some non-sensical process decisions creeping in Talks a good talk about culture and values, but doesn't practice them.
