      Pros

      Decent work life balance. Opportunities to move between the departments.

      Cons

      Newly hired managers / leadership are poor at people management. Shifting towards micromanagement methods. Job security is questionable.

      Decent company, but which team you were on really made the difference

      Pros

      The work day was very flexible, the pay was decent (though beginning to lag under new management structure), and the starting PTO bucket was pretty good (4 weeks to start)

      Cons

      The company pushed hard to move to the cloud before they optimized/fixed things that were broken, which was beginning to lead to longer and longer days of work
