Pros
Verint is an evolving company. Although a corporate of many years, it is still growing very fast and as such, can offer many opportunities beyond the initial role you aim for.
Cons
It is a corporate. You need to embrace it. If you do not like the pace of slow change and many meetings about change and bla, bla, this is not the place for you. It has all the perks of a corporate and many of it's cons.
