      No too much stress, varying projects with interesting technical aspects. Initiative is appreciated and internal processes are not too heavy. Workload is moderate.

      Cons

      No real opportunities to move and progress inside company. No real progression of company itself, big new product development is a thing of the past. Average compensation and benefits. Not the best place to grow and develop your carreer...
