"Where all think alike , no one thinks very much." Dear Verint CES here is what I thought of you: Bad bad detached inexperienced management , political stew underneath , the worst. :]Managers say nice things , and throw the work to lower level employees with no essential resources . pushing the employee to work harder and harder without proper time or compensation . :]Some Managers chose to detach from reality , they survive by pushing the work to lower level employees ,always blaming their employees for mistakes they make , and speak nice to higher level managers, agreeing to everything their manager say no matter how strange or detached it is. :]The well being of the worker is the last thing in their mind . they are sure everything is great without really caring if it is true or not. some team leaders and other managers are politicians. they just talk to higher management and mostly depress their workers secretly. I did not know what HR is doing in the company . :]Each programmer or qa function as ALL IN ONE: chasing customers issues , chasing other departments ,fixing IT issues , give support like tiers 1 2 3 , writing code , doing qa , automation , dev ops , data base , project management, manage ourselves . we fought over systems to run \ test our software. the results are reflected . a lot of desperation less quality . :]Low level management mostly interested in politics and possible promotions . no more . :]Higher management level don't see the lower level employees , they trust their subordinates blindly , because it's convenient . :]I heard covid-19 gave an excuse to management to reduce double digit percent from the salary , I feel bad for them.
