      No proper road map of ladder growth for career ambitious employees.

      Shift allowance Gifts on birthday and festival occasions Facilities for work from home Telephone and internet stipend good for leadership roles

      Cons

      no work life balance too many rotational shifts which changes weekly internal movements to other teams is difficult with few managers No roadmap or upskilling Career growth with respect to title changes are not same across all teams Performance review process take more than 4 months and reconsiderations/re-evaluations are not done
