      Pros

      I feel supported by my manager and higher level leaders - many times leaders have been generous with their time and advice. Our team really is one of the best in the business, it's rare that you come across a Verinteer who isn't friendly, warm, committed to what they're doing, and willing to help! I get a lot of autonomy and am able to select the places that I want to add value. I get to work from home (though do have the option of an office if I want to collaborate face-to-face), which gives me the flexibility to enjoy less time commuting, and more time with my family.

      Cons

      Process and people bottlenecks can slow us down. Usually that's okay, But there are moments of frustration.

      Great pay! Great work life balance. Understanding management. They do not micromanage.

      Cons

      Yearly increases could at least match the increase in cost of living. 2% is a bit of a low blow.
