      Talented and helpful co-workers. Great support across teams.

      Cons

      Pressure from upper management to prioritize billable hours over all else resulting in the accumulation of technical debt that sits at the bottom of the backlog.

      Very good company culture

      Pros

      Always had resources available for training whether onsite or remote. Teams were Assigned based on expertise.

      Cons

      Not everyone was always a team player. This is not specific to Verint per se however, they were slow in discovering the weak links and addressing the issues.
