small company, lacks processes, good for short term ONLY
Pros
1. They might offer a good salary and other interesting perks as a part of the whole package. 2. They are not strict about following office work timings, you can come late, leave early. 3. A new employee is likely to love Verint for initial 2-3 months.
Cons
1. They will give you a lot of strange work in order to make sure that all the benefits company gives you will seem to be meaningless... :) 2. You will sit in the office till 8 pm almost every second day OR will leave on time but work at home till 10PM :) 3. If you have any query for the product-line people, either they won't reply or will reply after the deadline is over... but your boss won't understand this and will keep pressurising you :) 4. Sometimes I felt that office-politics must have been invented in Verint.. dirty politics and favouritism is there at every level..
