      I was impressed by how happy everyone is. Most people here have an extremely long tenure compared to the market, I think that shows that Verint is a good place where people feel they can grow and make an impact.

      Yet to really find one, however is the region grows I imagine there will be challenges in movements and career growth. Verint is a highly flat structure which is something that has really enabled its growth. However I imagine that someone who is looking for hyper growth in career may find further opportunities limiting as its a smaller organisation compared to other industries.

      Pros

      The culture at Verint Australia is amazing and it's a joy to come to work. The team are enthusiastic and very capable and it's no wonder the majority of Enterprises in Australia and New Zealand rely on Verint to maximise value for their Operations, Customers and Employees.

      Cons

      Brand recognition - people have a perception of Verint from 10 years ago whereas the current cloud offerings and business value are at the top end of the market. This is changing but I'd like to see a faster recognition in the market.
