Naturally, we’re a little disappointed with some of your feedback but every review matters to us - and helps us to become an even better place to work. That said, we’re delighted to read your positive comments regarding travel and salary. In fact, we have some exciting travel underway in EMEA over the next fortnight as part of our Innovate Awards. One of the highlights will be hosting this prestigious event in the iconic Gherkin building in central London. Verinteers are very much looking forward to acknowledging and celebrating the success of our talented partners and customers. Micro-management is not our preferred style and definitely something that we try to discourage and we take your feedback seriously. We are increasing the management development for both our new and established managers to ensure that our values are incorporated into the way that we manage our people. Whilst we firmly believe that Verint has always been a great place to work, summer 2023 has been transformative. Our Great Place to Work accreditation was awarded based on employee feedback, which means so much to the leadership team. From a solutions perspective, our Open CCaaS innovation has been incredibly well received and we’re working closely with customers to automate their CX using our vast suite of bots. We’ve also listened very closely to the needs of our partners and have some exciting new announcements on the horizon. Thank you once again for taking the time to post a review.
